My wife and I have been taking pictures of Sam pretty much whenever she and the camera are in the same room. Alas, the downtime means I have pictures on my internal file server, they have not yet made it up into the now woefully out of date gallery.accapehart.com. My little camera can also take short movies (as you might have seen with the blue angels post). Carolyn will be posting some of these in a new category she calls “Channel Sam” and the first of these is up now. Check it out.
Sam sure does enjoy sorting generally, and she loves playing with those foam puzzle/block pieces, (kind of like the Dinosaurs Baby Foam Mat Puzzle 6pc ) so she can get really engrossed in the combination. She can also be quite attentive to the process too. We have a bit of a game where I form them together into a cube and she takes the cube apart, handing me back one face at a time (which I use to form the next instance of the cube). Today also, she dropped some pieces that we were playing with while taking them back apart and when she ran out of the ones she was handing me, she sat down and got the remainder of them to pass back up. I guess you had to be there, but I thought it was cute!
